Injector Clean was started in partnership with J & J Fuel Injection to give our customers greater options and knowledge regarding Fuel Injector Cleaning. Jeff Pye had originally specialized in Petrol Fuel Injection back in the late 80’s. From diagnosing injector problems to working on V8 super car injectors, Jeff was able to establish his sound knowledge of Fuel Injection and Precision Fuel Delivery. For the past 10 yrs+ Jeff has passed this experience and knowledge onto his son Jake Pye who now has a shared passion for Fuel Injector Cleaning. Jake is a qualified mechanic who has applied his experience and professional knowledge to develope new techniques in achieving the best Injector Clean results.

Injector Clean specializes in ultra sonic cleaning and flow testing of petrol vehicle, motorcycle and marine fuel injectors. We aim to provide accurate data sheets which help to provide our customers with data that can be used for tuning or verifying the correct fuel injector performance.
We stock a wide range of injector o-rings, manifold seals, pintle caps and serviceable injector components. We can make up injector seal kits to suit your fuel injectors. Bringing a sample of your injector or seals into the shop ensures we can get the closest match when replacing your injector seals.

Did you know – Fuel Injectors are Serviceable?
Generally, most people think their fuel injectors don’t need maintenance until there is a significant issue. Injector o-rings and seals can become hard and develop a flat edge leading to improper sealing and introducing un-metered air into their vehicle. Carbon deposits can build up on the end of the injectors causing poor performance and bad spray patterns. All of these items can usually be corrected by getting a fuel injector service.
Most injectors will be able to be cleaned and restored back within their factory tolerances. Occasionally petrol fuel injectors will become fault and beyond repair but this doesn’t mean you need to replace the set. If the cleaning processes is successful for the remaining injectors, you may only have to replace the defective injector and save yourself $100’s. Had some issues with my sniper efi quadrant. Turned out the injectors were blocked up. Jake chased the problem back to a nasty fuel tank. I got the fuel tank cleaned out whilst the injectors got a tidy up and has ran perfectly since.
Injectors on my 370 started misfiring and most places wouldn't give me the time of day as they were fully booked but speaking with Jake from Injector Clean he understood the urgency and made time for me. Reasonable prices and great customer service, I'll be going back after another year on the track 👍
