E85/Methanol and Fuel Injectors
E85 and Methanol fuel is used in highly modified street/strip performance cars and race applications. We’ve seen hundreds of injectors come through that have problems do to poor maintenance on their fuel system. E85 is hygroscopic which in short means it allows moisture to be absorbed. Water and fuel don’t mix well and the result can be poor performance, changed injector flow rates, inconsistent tuning/fueling, sludge build up or catastrophic failure. Some injectors will internally fail beyond cleaning and will need replacing. Ensuring you’re fuel system is set up/designed appropriately for these fuels will minimize the risk of damaging an injector or your engine. A regular Injector Clean is recommended to ensure the best performance. We ensure everything is done to a very high standard to clean your performance injectors and only use E85 safe O-rings and seals (conditions apply*).
Factory Petrol Fuel Injector Cleaning
Injector Clean offers Petrol Fuel Injector Cleaning Services that make your injectors perform like brand new. Using our unique process of cleaning your injectors will be Ultra sonic cleaned, inspected for physical faults, ohms tested, all serviceable components replaced (conditions apply*) and flowed on our injector test benches to ensure Precision Fuel Delivery is achieved. We can also flow and clean side feed injectors – ask us for more details!
Please note – although we are extremely thorough with our Fuel Injector Cleaning, some injectors may have internal damage that cannot be fixed.

SIDI GDI & FSI Injector Reconditioning
Injector Clean can service your Direct Injection Fuel Injectors and in most cases bring them back to factory spec. This newer type of injector requires specialized tools to replace one time use seals. The process to clean Direct Injection Fuel Injectors takes more time as the ends of the injectors are exposed directly into the combustion chamber. We keep a wide range of replacement parts however some seals may need to be reused if unavailable yet.

Petrol Fuel Injector Reconditioning
Steel body injectors such as Bosch have been used for many years. These injectors usually have far superior performance and spray patterns compared to aftermarket replacements. Where possible, we can perform a full injector reconditioning process that will give your injectors a ‘Brand new look’. A full recondition includes our Fuel Injector Cleaning Service (see above) as well as and external recondition using our signature high quality finish.
